| Model: | Beetle | | Price: | £4250 | | Year: | 1967 | | Type: | | | Location: | Maidenhead,Berks | | Description: | we purchased the car in 2005 when a friend imported it from Australia.We have covered about 3000 dry miles,and the car has always been garaged.The car was registered in 1967 in Melbourne it has a full service vw history up to 1982,the lower half has been resprayed but all the panels are original.For the year the car is in great shape ,it has now covered 72500 miles.The interior is all original, a little tired but in good condition,the floor pan is still its original colour and i don't think you will find a better one.We have just had the kingpins done .The body shape is older than 1966 poss 1959-61[so we have been told].We have enlarged our family so no longer fit in the car,my wife has used it in the summer and my children love it.Its a good reliable car for now, but offers great potential for full restoration |
